This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Multiple private decks provide river views, as well as, wildlife like ducks, blue herring, birds, and the occasional beaver. Private, dead end road access means minimal traffic. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

Amazing Lake Living at our Cottage on Lake Hartwell! Our home can sleep 8 comfortably. Mornings are best spent on either front deck or screened in back deck, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in our covered slip or using our Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Board! Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
