Charming villa with 6 beds for rent.

Older charming villa in quiet villa area in Southern Visby is rented to family with children (not party people). The house consists of four bedrooms, kitchen as well as living room with older style, carpenter's delight and stairs (not accessible). Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 90-bed Bedroom 2: walk-through room with double bed. Downstairs: Bedroom 3: 105-bed bedroom 4: king bed The house is rented moon-moon with access at 15.00 and departure at 11.00. Note: on the property there is a separate farm house with two beds that we also rent out.

Large patio with outdoor furniture, sunbeds as well as gas grill and charcoal grill, sunny position all day, as well as evening sun and also garden. Garage and Driveway with space up to 4 cars. EXTRA: if you are more than 8, I have a detached apartment on the plot, which is suitable for 3 people.

Neighbor with the sea! Secluded location in cozy community

The view and the neighbor with the sea. Peaceful but still close to shop, summer cafe, Hamburgarrestaurangen Kapten Grogg and high-class Gula Hönan. Bathrobe distance to the bathing jetty at the picturesque fishing village. Comfortable distance to Visby and 10-15 minutes to all possible services in Hemse. Extensive surface layer renovation made inside 2020. Large plot in a secluded location with only a nice neighbor. Nice hiking trails, fishing, rich bird life, pheasants on the grounds. 15-20 minutes car to amazing swimming spots.

Architect summer villa east coast Gotland.

Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

Spacious villa in visby with outdoor spa

Spacious newly renovated villa in southern visby perfect for the family with children. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area with the forest next to the plot boundary. Scenic areas around, including exercise tracks, outdoor gyms, etc. You can also stay with two very nice cats who come and go as they please, they have a cat door and a feed dispenser. Hot tub in bathroom and Spa bath outdoors. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to the city center. Bike 15 min. Car 5 min.

Beautiful stone house with sea view and sunset

Beautiful stone house, designed by an architect and adapted for the site's elevated location with a magical view of meadows, fields, fishing village and sea. The area is very popular for recovery. All floors are made of concrete, the interior is bright and of high quality. Large social kitchen and family room in open plan and wood burning stove. Bathroom with sauna. The house has a patio with dining area, sunbeds, parasol, gas grill and pizza oven. There are 2 bikes to borrow.

Inbjudande kök och vardagsrum med en rymlig atmosfär präglad av stora fönster. Sovrummen på entréplan bjuder på separata dörrar ut till altanen. Svalkande AC för varmare sommardagar. Sea-view modern house from 1760 Visby in old city

This house, situated within the town wall of medieval Visby on the slopes towards the Baltic sea with wonderful sea-view from the veranda upstairs, was built in 1760 but thoroughly renovated. It has a cosy garden with lots of roses, apple trees and an outdoor grill and eating facilities. The street Skeppargatan is close to the southern town wall and is calm with very little traffic.
