Holiday rentals with lake access in East Side

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

One of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in! Fully stocked kitchen appliances, utensils, kitchenware, paper towels, trashbags, etc. we stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t have to repurchase anything. Plenty of toys for our little one. The trails near the home are so beautiful and easy to walk. Very appreciative that bed sizes were full, queen, and kings. No twin sizes! Laundry was wonderful. Easy access to the freeway. Neighborhood was safe and clean. Home was comfortable and felt like an actual home. No complaints.

Yes, a Great stay....again! I think this may be our third or even forth stay here, which really says it all really. We are very happy when there is availability with Victoria and her Greenwich units, we are regular visitors to Greenwich every dew months and really enjoy staying somewhere as amazing and lovely, as this place, it really does feel like home! House was clean and well-maintained. Decor was nice. Well set up for kids. Communication and instructions from the hosts were excellent which made for a very enjoyable stay.

We arrived at the unit and easily found our way in. The parking was easy once we messaged for clarification and got a very fast response from Emmanuel. While the house is in an older area it was extremely well renovated and very obviously cared for. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and very quiet in the evenings. The amenities were as described and it was amazing how well the window air conditioners cooled the entire space. We brought our own games and there was plenty of space to play between the 2 tables and the extra chairs. Having 5 people staying at the house was comfortable with a decent kitchen and 2 bathrooms which allowed us the have our own spaces. The living room couch and chair were the most comfy ever! Access to the parkway to get to our wedding destinations and also into the city was also convenient. Thank you to Emmanuel for maintaining the location.

My husband and I spent two pleasant nights at Halima’s place in Hillside. We were attending an event nearby and also have family in the area so the location worked great for us. It was easy to find with available on street parking. Having a pet friendly location was a must for this trip so that was a bonus. Our pups enjoyed the park that was just around the corner. The apartment was lovely,. It had plenty of space, was tastefully furnished and had beautiful house plants throughout. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom is on the small side but was super clean, as was the rest of the house. We really appreciated the clear directions and ease of checking in and out. This apartment met all of our needs and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Joseph place was very tidy, warm and clean. location is great as well, 45 minutes from Manhattan and plenty of parks and lake in the area.

Beautiful apartment – perfect for a New York vacation! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bedroom – actually the host’s study – is set up with a comfortable air mattress topped with an extra mat for added comfort. We felt very much at home during our 10-day stay. The bathroom was super clean and well stocked with all essentials. The connection to Times Square is great: depending on traffic, it takes about 15–30 minutes. The bus stop right in front of the building with a direct line to Times Square makes the location even better. Communication with Hande was smooth and easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay – we’d love to come back!

Overall, I would recommend this Airbnb. When looking for parking, I recommend JFK Blvd for street parking to avoid the massive fees at the parking garage. The food in the local area is pretty good.

CC was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. The backyard on the river was nice and the location was great for our trip
