Absolutely stunning property! Nick was a fantastic host and so accomodating. We spent 2 months at the villa and all of our needs were met and beyond! The villa staff are brilliant and no request was unmet. The food quality is excellent and a great mix of western and local cuisine. Not to mention the location!!!! 10 steps to the most tranquil and picturesque beach. If you’re looking to stay in Rote island then this is the place to stay!

Staying with Laurant for a week was the ultimate experience. Sleeping outdoors is a whole experience. The cozy Gekkos and the dog and cat complete it. Not to mention the delicious breakfast and every day it is a surprise what we got for dinner. Laurant is currently building a spa and we were allowed to get a taste in advance. The masseuse was one of the best ever. Enjoy to the fullest at the cottage, the area is breathtaking and Laurant is very friendly and cozy.

Villa Kandora is a really nice place to stay. Service is awesome, really friendly, available and responsive. The chef is wonderful, food is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and super clean. Maybe it would be helpful to have more location signals to arrive (main road etc).

Our stay at Boa Vida was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly, and the hospitality throughout our stay was second to none. Carla was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and provided fantastic local recommendations that made our stay even more special. Boa Vida is such a gem! We are still dreaming of the beautiful views and the amazing meals! Thanks again for such a relaxing stay!

This has been our most fabulous and remarkable airbnb experience. Rote Island is a truly magical place and staying at this particular Villa makes it all more special. The house has a fantastic design, really pleasing to the eyes and quite smart to live in as well. All is spacious and very ventilated. The views are breathtaking. The swimming pool and the sea are always a source of delight. Sylvia is the most amazing host. Extremely attentive and communicative, solving everything needed for a wonderful experience. The staff has also been a highlight. Sonya who cleans, Okto the handyman and Rebecca the amazing cook are very pleasant to be around and also extremely attentive and skilled at what they do. We felt so well taken care of. Dave and I came to Rote to work from home and learn to surf while here. It has been the most perfect place to do that. Sylvia recommended us a great surf coach and Rote is a fabulous place to learn it. Using our mobile 4G internet has been totally successful to host our business calls and taking breaks by the pool or walks on the beach has been amazing. I really recommend this house and the whole experience.

Andi was very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns. Also, Andi able to cater to our last minute request and is much appreciated. Will come back for sure.
