Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Nashville

Best host ever! Thoughtful touches like ensuring there was coffee to start the day, candy to snack on, coffee table books and local guides, etc. Nathan was responsive, had on-site contacts in case of urgency, and gave us local recommendations. The place was spotless and very comfortable, the neighborhood felt very real and local. Nathan was very accommodating to our last minute changes and special requests, too. Great experience!

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Had a great stay at Christy’s spot! The house was cozy and clean and the kitchen was perfect for a long term stay. I also loved the location — it was great to be able to walk to Frothy Monkey and Shelby Park and when I wanted to go downtown, it was only a 10 minute, $10 uber. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Nashville!

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

When we first stepped in, we were welcomed by music and scent diffuser. This is one of the most stunning and well decorated spaces I’ve ever seen. All of the amenities were super luxurious. We will never forget how insanely comfortable the bed and couch were. The bed was literally like sleeping on a cloud, which is perfect after a long day out on Broadway. It also is only an 8 minute drive to Broadway. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Had a great say. The place was nice & clean. I had some questions and the host answered back right away. Real close to all the downtown action - but the house overlooked a park with a great view of the skyline. Had a blast and we definitely recommend this place to others.

Clean and Beautifully Decorated ! Good Location ! Loren was quick to respond about my questions. It was as described in listing. The little things that were great was they had laundry detergent because we had to wash the babies swaddle. Also I have bad allergies so it was nice to walk into an Airbnb that did not use plugins. It was very clean !!!!

Pristine, cozy, home away from home. I don’t have enough characters available to rave about this place. It was so spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. One of my biggest searches when looking on Airbnb is a comfy looking bed and this one met those expectations! I hate the feeling of “I can’t wait to be in my own bed” and didn’t have that here!! I loved the little details like the snacks and local recommendations (which we tried and LOVED). And not once did I ever have to say “I wish there was (item)” because everything we needed was available at the house. There are certain things that I make sure to always bring with me on trips in order to feel more at home and somehow these guys managed to check everything on my OCD list. That’s a first for anywhere I’ve stayed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our 3rd time staying at Nicole's beautiful home. I had to look back because it seems like we've stayed there more times than that. Nicole is a great host, communication is easy and fast, and we always love coming to Nashville and staying with her. Her home is exactly what we need, has everything we could want, is convenient, and we feel so comfortable every time. We most definitely will keep coming back!

Megan is a wonderful host. Gracious and thoughtful. The home was pristine and had everything stocked. We loved the cute greeting, variety of teas, and the bed is so comfortable. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and I’ve never slept in a more cozy bed. Well done, Megan. This is the ideal spot! Walkable and/or very short drive to amazing restaurants (try velvet taco!).

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

The place was great! Charming location w/ 2 separate master bedrooms and an outdoor 2nd story porch and a separate TV room. Waling distance to Broadway and 5 points. Loved the neighborhood. Parking was very good. Mike was fantastic to deal with. We had a minor problem with locking the electronic door when we 1st got there and Mike responded immediately! Turns out nothing wrong with the lock but just needed resetting. The A/C went out the 4th day we were there and Mike responded immediately so we had cool air when we returned later that day. Mike was great and we would highly recommend the place! A couple of minor suggestions would be to put an inexpensive TV in each bedroom and maybe a small grill on the porch. But again, fantastic place!

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

Check in was easy! Plenty of free parking for people! You are on a Main Street so you will hear road noise but that didn’t bother us! The building was safe and quiet. Communication was great with Will! The kitchen was nice to have and had plenty of things to use. We toured all over Nashville. The TN state museum was a good museum to visit next to the Nashville Farmers Market. It is free to get in and free parking. Plenty of food options. Some of our favorites were Velvet Taco, Butter Milk Ranch for breakfast by Belmont University, Pharmacy Burger. You are about 4 miles to Gaylord Opryland convention center. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

This place was very cozy. It was perfect for the four of us that stayed. Very clean and spacious. Pete was very responsive to my messages. The coffee shop across the street was nice in the mornings. Highly recommend this place. It’s close enough to downtown and yet far away to get away from the craziness.
