House holiday rentals in East Nashville

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

We had a great stay, everything was exactly as described. East access to downtown, beautifully decorated. The backyard was great for some downtime.

Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

Staying at the Birdhouse was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again! Everything went smoothly and Pedro & Caitlin were wonderful. It was very clean and it felt like a home away from home.

This location was terrific. We weren’t visiting for the downtown scene but it was easy access. East end is walkable, quiet, Shelby Park close. The house is in a quiet lovely neighborhood which is important to us. Coffee and bakeries a quick walk. We are budget conscious and would stay again!

Such a beautiful home they have made. The space was quaint , modern and safe. Will gladly Stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Jacques house!!!! I can’t say enough good things. We came to celebrate our daughter making an AAU basketball team by seeing the Luke Combs exhibit! The house was literally 15 minutes away from the museums and all the fun stuff. There were tons of snacks and goodies for us, toiletries, basically everything we needed and that was much appreciated. Jacque made our families trip even better, I look forward to staying there again and enjoying girl chat over coffee!🥰

Very friendly and responsive hosts. My group was in a pinch when our weekend plans were cancelled so was thrilled we could find this spot so last minute. Lovely home with great accommodations!

Our stay at Rick and Tiffany's home was just as expected. Clean, quiet, just the right amenities! We were able to walk to Nissan Stadium and restaurants. If you visit Nashville you won't be disappointed if you stay at their home.

We had a multi-generational trip and Steven's house was perfect for this. For my elderly parents with mobility issues, the first floor was very easy to move around with a walker. The teenagers had the entire upstairs to themselves, with their own tv and bathroom and kitchen, so they loved having their own space. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying at John's place and it was just as lovely! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (plus some extra Nashville flare). The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, they clearly care about their guests’ comfort. The location was ideal, close enough to Uber to everything we wanted to do, but peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the outdoor porch and spent most of our time out there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this quaint little house. It was amazing and peaceful to sit in the back yard taking a break from the noise of downtown. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we all slept fantastic. I really appreciated the coffee, tea, cooking basics, and little snacks provided. The bathroom was also stocked with everything you need to lighten the load packing. It felt like home away from home. Thank you both for a great stay!
