Beautiful property, and was very easy to find everything. The bathrooms were very clean, and the breakfast was very good too! Will definitely stay again, and tell my friends to do so as well if they're in the area!

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

Escaped inclement weather for Sean’s haven in Middle TN. Sean graciously accommodated us on short notice, allowing us to check in early due to the weather. Our escape trip quickly turned into quite the reprieve and overnight vacation. A beautiful “backyard” with trees lining the open field, a small river beyond the trees against a mountainous backdrop. Our lab enjoyed the spaciousness as much as we did and his new canine friends belonging to the hosts. The basement apt is well appointed to surpass the expectations of the most particular of guests (hint: me). The accommodations are farmhouse style, spotless, and most comfortable, including the beds and linens. We all slept great! Sean clearly doesn’t “need” to share his estate, but some people just love sharing their joys with others! We wouldn’t have changed a thing! Sean is a delightful mix of clearly thorough and detailed-oriented, as evidenced by the useful tips and anticipating all requests, yet open, warm and welcoming! 5⭐

This place was perfect. Quiet and within walking distance to the local attractions. Tamya is a great host who always responded right away when asked questions and she gave great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Easy walk to Broadway and the Stadium. Peaceful sleeping in the bedroom. However, if sleeping in the living room, the train runs throughout the night and might disturb a light sleeper. Extra amenities provided. Overall a very comfortable place to stay!!

Plenty of room for my party of 15! Dane was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and the bedrooms were so comfortable! The place felt bigger than the photos showed so that was a nice surprise too. Really pretty skyline view and quiet neighborhood. Parking was slightly tricky for the amount of people we had, most parked about a block away from the house and walked so no big deal. Great experience overall! Thanks Dane!

The attention to detail with everything was outstanding. The thoughtfulness of the decor, kitchen amenities, bathroom amenities were amazing. Adam was a wonderful host and I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in Nashville!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone, both for sleeping and for getting ready each day before heading out on our Nashville adventures. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch — the porch swing was a favorite! The spacious, private backyard was another highlight, with a wonderful firepit area that made for perfect evenings. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

We had a great stay! The location is close to downtown Nashville, but tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. It felt like a hidden gem, just a little off the beaten path but still very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We went to Nashville for a wedding and had an awesome time playing pool and enjoying the 70’s boot house! The decorations were amazing to look at you found something new the longer you looked around!

Had a wonderful girls’ weekend at this Dolly inspired place. Every room was comfortable and decorated beautifully. Loved the murals! Location was quiet and safe. Ubers to broadway were usually between $8-$12. Would highly recommend to anyone heading to Nashville.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda and our amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. Couldn’t possibly ask for anything more. Linda is incredible - so accommodating and extremely responsive! We cannot wait to stay again.

This was a great place for a group (we had 10 people, including kids). The screened-in porch and yard with swing set were great places to hang out, and we had everything we needed.

Rebecca was super friendly and very gracious with our arrival and departure times. We got started and informed her that we would be arriving later in the evening and she said 'No worries, drive safe and we're here along with Nashville, to welcome you upon your arrival! She offered suggestions for us if we would have needed any, noting we were here for our 34th anniversary😊 The place was very nice, cold and warm. There was enough kitchen utensils, appliances to cook, bake, microwave with and even a coffee pot with a few k-pods to choose from upon arrival. The gym was nice, simple and available anytime. The laundry was cash or card, 2.00 a load to wash and 2.00 to dry, plenty available for use. The pool was super nice. We read that the pool would be open in May, so we never ventured there until we stumbled upon it during one of our walks. This encouraged us to stay another day! After reaching out to Rebecca, she had us back to relaxing and enjoying our vacation within minutes.

Beautiful apartment located close to downtown in a nice area. Listing was accurate and we loved our stay. Being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was a hidden treat. We would definitely return! Thank you!

Rebecca’s place was just as described in the listing. The covered parking was an added bonus. We didn’t get to go when the pool was open but did check out the gym. The room seemed to be undergoing some sort of rehab and could have used mirrors but this is by no means a reflection of Rebecca or the condo. Great location on the Cumberland River that was convenient to everything Nashville had to offer. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Rebecca was communicative and provided great instructions for the stay. Her rental was in great shape and exactly like the pictures. The heat/air worked well, the view of the river was exceptional, the kitchen was stocked w Keurig cups and creamer, and the place was very clean.

Rebecca’s place was everything we needed for our Nashville stay. Germantown is lovely and walkable, downtown and the Gulch were an easy uber or longer walk. He place was very clean and the view was beautiful!
