Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East Nashville

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

We loved our stay at “Taylor’s House” as we called it. It easily accommodated our four couples with plenty of room to socialize in the living room. The location was good, and easy Lyft to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Penny’s place was as described! Quiet safe neighborhood. Snacks n coffee bar an added treat! Bed was super comfortable, along with no noise and dark room rest was easy . Close to neighborhood restaurants n watering holes , but also short uber ride to downtown.

My son goes to college at Fisk Univ. in Nashville and I always feel like the price of hotels are not worth what you get from them. Therefore, I save a few houses in my wishlist that I would love to stay in while I'm in Nashville. I have wanted to stay in this house for two years but every time I needed to come to Nashville the house was booked. This past weekend it was available!! I was hoping the house was as nice as the listing. Let me tell you...it was Amazing!! This is absolutely the most beautiful AirBnB I have stayed in. The house is spotlessly clean, decorated impeccably, and exudes peace. The host Stephan is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. He is a truly authentic person. This is my Nashville home away from home. BTW, if you have children and they are not well disciplined or they like to run around like some kids do, this may not be the house for you. This house has beautiful artwork pieces. If you have calm kids who are laid back, they will love it too.

The 4 of us enjoyed staying in this lovely house for 4 nights. The house was ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood with typically about a 30 minute drive from the various places we wanted to see. There are a few steps to enter the house and at present no handrail which was fine for us. This house features an amazing wine cooler in the kitchen although there is no automatic dishwasher. The beds were comfortable as I stayed in the bedroom with 2 twin beds with wonderfully nice memory foam mattresses.

Great place near downtown—clean and welcoming! Loved that we could bring our dog, and the fenced backyard was a big plus. It was also super easy to catch an Uber to Broadway for a fun night out.

Ethan was a great host from the time we booked. He was very responsive and supportive of our request. The house was exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was quest and a quick Lyft/Uber ride to broadway and where we wanted to go. We would definitely try to book the next time we go to Nashville.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

We really enjoyed our stay here, walking distance to Broadway and easy access to everything.

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time staying here and although it was a bit rainy all week we still had a blast!

Great place! Zach was so quick to respond and easy to work with. Very clear instructions and the place was the perfect location for us. Perfect walking distance to downtown - definitely recommend.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

Very relaxing, rustic cottage with all the modern touches. Beautiful location I came in early spring, so the trees had no leaves, but the cabin is surrounded by trees with a fire pit. Very nice place for a rest.

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

We had a great stay at Kyle’s place. It was secluded and private but not a far drive from the local town and restaurants. We made great use of the beautiful fire pit and were very thankful that Kyle provided firewood for us. Would definitely stay here again

Mark's red roof cabin exceeded our expectations! The great lighting and decor and right in the woods where we always find peace away from city living. We had everything at our finger tips. I would recommend this listing over and over again!!!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

We had an absolute blast! The cabin is so lovely, and was conveniently located close to the event we were attending that weekend. It’s private enough that we felt like we had the space to ourselves, but close enough to the surrounding areas that it didn’t feel completely isolated. John was a great host— he was very proactive with letting us know about any potential issues with the cabin, and provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Next time we visit, we’ll definitely be looking into staying here again!
