The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The fire pit, open backyard, and large family room, with electric fireplace, make it very comfortable for a stay-in relaxing evening. We are located less than 12 miles from popular destinations such as Sight & Sound, Dutch Wonderland, Fulton Opera House, Downtown Lancaster, Tanger Outlets, Spooky Nook, the town of Lititz, the town of Intercourse, etc.

A quiet one floor house on a country road in the Amish community. Amish farmland that borders two sides of the house is visible from the living room and bedrooms. Complete privacy in the backyard with fire-pit and grown pine trees with multiple bird houses. The surrounding grounds have many flowering perennial bushes, annuals and interesting details. The driveway has space to park at least three vehicles. You will have plenty of opportunities to experience the simple way of living.

Built in 1753, this 1000 square feet, newly restored limestone cottage was the original settlement home on the 135-acre homestead. Boasting a French country esthetic, this little darling has the most captivating views of rolling hills, a brook, and lush green farmland.
