Holiday rentals with a sauna in East Jakarta City

Great location right next to a shopping mall, which was super convenient. The place was very clean, and everything looked new and well-maintained. However, I noticed that all the cleaning supplies were stored under the sink, which caused a bit of an unpleasant smell. It might be better to store them elsewhere or in a sealed container. Also, the cleaning equipment on the balcony could be organized better to make it easier to access. Overall, a good stay, but a few small adjustments could make it even better!

The place is in strategic location and accessible to lots of places. near tebet eco park if you like to jog around and plenty street foods and restaurants around and convenience store right in the ground level. It is close to many public transport (brt, lrt, and krl), so exploring the rest of Jakarta should be easy. Another thing that stands out is that the property is not in a quiet place. It is located next to a major road and highway, so you will hear traffic noise, even in the night (well, Jakarta never sleeps). If you are a heavy sleeper (like me) and can use the traffic as "white noise", then this place should be a good deal!

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

Spent more than a week here and it's been amazing. I have no problem communicating with host, the check-in, the room, or else. The room is spacious, clean, and aesthetic. The area is quiet, private, and beautiful. Theres a direct access to the Aeon mall. Thank you so much host, see you another day!

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

We loved our stay in this place! First of all, the host is so friendly, kind and responsive. From the first contact until even after we left. So nice and helpful. The apartment is exactly like discribed, and fit perfect for our needs. Moreover, it's the cleanest apartment we have ever rented through Airbnb in Jakarta! So nice to be able to move in and rest after a long trip, in a clean and fresh place and no bugs 😄. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and have breakfast and meals. Bathroom with hot water, TV and internet working. The buildings are calm and nice, and we loved the pool area! clean nice and not crowded. There is a bakery and Indomaret, and malls are only 10 minutes away. great laundry service downstairs and ok to park outside. we will definitely be back here next time in Jakarta! thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
