Holiday rentals with a patio in East Jakarta City

Place is spotless, have plenty of free food, and host is very responsive. Will definitely book again when we come back for another training.

We are a family of 5 from Manila, Philippines. We actually lived in Indonesia at Paladian Park from 2012-2014 when our 2 daughters were in primary school and our youngest boy was only a few months old. Indonesia is our beloved second home. Now, 11 years later, we would like to revisit Paladian Park and re-live the fond memories of our stay in Indonesia and Paladian. We are so glad to have found a similar unit here at AirBnB through our host, Michael. We are so happy to be back and are sad to leave. When the right time comes, we would definitely come back. Thanks, AirBnB and Sir Michael, you made our stay not only comfortable and fantastic, but you made us relive all the fond memories of our stay at Paladian Park. I am very satisfied with the experience of staying at Ibu Harjana's Menteng Executive Apartment. The apartment unit is very clean, neatly arranged, and equipped with complete facilities that support comfort during your stay. The atmosphere of the apartment is quiet and private, but still in a strategic location, making it easy to access the city center, offices, and places to eat. Ibu Harjana is a very friendly and communicative host. He was responsive to every question and need during the stay, and provided a warm and professional service from the beginning ofcheck-in. The villa is beautiful & amazing, clean, complete and the view is amazing!! From the beginning of the chat, Rikka was very responsive, friendly & always gave solutions. Exit Sentul Selatan, follow the map given by Rikka, so easy. There's a small turn just after the green house, just follow it, the road is a bit down, not far to Villa Madame Kanawa. The garage can fit 4 cars, in front of the garage you can park too because it's a private road owned by the villa. There is a clean kitchen & dirty kitchen, there are 2 helpers who are ready to help like washing dishes, help prepare BBQ, etc. Bathroom & bed are safe, towels & blankets are provided. If there are many better bring your own towels & blankets so you don't fight ^_^ Thank you Rikka!

I recently stayed at her Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The space was impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.
