We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Saya datang bersama rombongan untuk kegiatan acara. Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, tuan rumah benar² baik, ramah, dan sangat membantu.... begitupun dengan pengurus villa, pak Asep yang sedia membantu. sempat sedikit ada kendala tapi bisa terselesaikan dengan cepat... recommended 👍

Rumah cukup besar & di dlm perumahan, parkiran bs muat sampai dengan 3 mobil, Pak Willy jg cukup responsif walaupun kami sempat selisih paham utk singkatan hr (hari dan hour) di awal pemesanan. Sayangnya rumah ini maksimal cuma bs utk 8 (delapan) org saja, sedangkan saya bersama rombongan. Pastikan teman2 konfirmasi apakah di dlm rumah bs merokok atau tdk terlebih dahulu sblm memesan, karena di dlm rumah Pak Willy ini tdk bs merokok, shg saya dan suami tdk bs menikmati rumah ini krn suami sy dkk tdk bs merokok di dlm rumah. Over all rumahnya bersih & nyaman.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is spacious, well-organized, and incredibly cozy and perfect for a large family like ours. Every room feels warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a homey interior design. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to live!

Loved the place! It's clean, designed effectively (not the prettiest but very practical!) and it had everything we needed. The location of the apt is super convenient, what with an LRT *and* a busway stations nearby. The room is on the 36th floor and you can see Jakarta restricted only by pollution. (Yeah.) Tere was also very helpful and for the most part responsive.

We had a pleasant stay in Kensington. The complex has a laundry service, mini mart, and small restaurant. It also has a great pool and fitness centre. The staff at the apartment complex are friendly and greeted us all the time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again in the future.

It was a great experience for sure Elvira helped a lot during in various questions and was always responsive. The apartment itself has a perfect location near to Epicentrum Walk and Kokas, which have all you need for life. Inside the apartment everything is tidy, and the view from the balcony just stole my heart! The only thing you might consider are several mosques in front of the windows, so starting from 3 am it gets noisy, on some days even for the whole day. But even here Elvira left fresh earplugs for my convenience, so sleep was also great. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Bu Diah baik banget orang nya. Respon chat selalu cepat. Balasan chat nya pun selalu jelas. Apartment nya pun sangat rapih, bagus dan lengkap. Bu Diah sudah siapkan semua yang dibutuhkan di dalam apartment ini. Apartment nya sangat terawat. Bakalan stay disini lagi kalau saya di jakarta. Bener-bener nyaman kaya di rumah tempat nya.

Staying at Suharno & Ani's place was a great experience. The place is super cozy and clean, and the hosts are incredibly quick to respond. The location is super convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adriel’s place. Everything was perfect, from the clean and comfortable space to the thoughtful touches. We highly recommended this listing!

Ahmad and Eya were excellent hosts. The apartment is just like on the pictures and with the gym, pool, tennis/basketball court and garden. Also with the Aeon mall next door for all shopping needs, restaurants and shops. Thanks guys look forwards to staying with you again in the future🤝✨

The apartment is small but very complete. It is very convenient to be living next to the mall, where there are dozens of shops and resto's available, just outside the door. The unit was clean and cozy. Note that most cupboards were closed for obviously it is a private apartment of the owner, but there was enough space available to store clothes. The pool and whirlpool downstairs are very nice. Communication with Anty and Muthia was quick and they helped us out nicely when needed. The mattrass is nice, wifi was good enough for work purposes. Definitely recommended. PS: Note that central Jakarta is always full of trafic jams.
