Spacious home with a nice outside area. Enjoyed coffee with birds and bunnies. Will stay here again.

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Ben is a super host. His home is absolutely beautiful and well managed. His thoughtful recommendations and well timed check ins and reminders were the height of polished professionalism. We felt right at home, down to the bins of toys in the living room that our toddler and baby played with every day.

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

Meaghan was a wonderful host who was very prompt, kind, and respectful of privacy. The house itself was stylish, comfortable, and modern while being kid friendly which is a tough thing to achieve in any home let alone an Airbnb. The view from the house was an absolute highlight! We had a great time!

Lori was very accommodating to us with early check in. The beds were super comfortable, and I was so happy to see that she had two king sized beds and one queen! Perfect for our family. Beautiful linens, tons of comfy white towels in the bathrooms. Really a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. Where to start! I could write an epistle about my stay but I'll keep it short and sweet. What an absolutely beautiful and stunning home! from the moment I arrived I felt right at home. Stephanie and her husband put a lot of thought into every detail of their home and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I wish I had an extra week! I appreciated how central the location is but still allows you to feel as though you are in a private oasis. I can't wait to be back in New Haven to rent from Stephanie again! you are a super host for a reason :) Thanks for making your home my home. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Already planning my next trip!

As someone who is older and a little wobbly, I would like some indication for the edge of the steps going from the kitchen to the living room area. Otherwise the house was beautifully maintained. Beth was very helpful and amiable to our request for a later checkout due to my daughter’s health concerns. For us Floridians the heating system worked wonderfully during a cold week. I would very highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wow, I don’t even know where to start! My family and I just had the most incredible time celebrating my niece's 21st birthday. From the moment we arrived, Annie blew us away as the ultimate host! The house was decked out with beautiful decorations that truly made the surprise unforgettable. And guess what? She even had a magnificent birthday cake waiting for us! The house itself was absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. We felt right at home with an abundance of linens, towels, and toiletries—perfect for a group of five women! The jacuzzi was a dream, and the grill was all set for us to fire up some delicious meals. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and some delightful extras! Annie was always quick to respond to our questions, which made everything even easier. We were thrilled to find beach necessities already available, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own. There’s so much more I could rave about, but overall, this stay was amazing.

From the moment I was greeted, I was taken care of. I also received a welcoming gift upon arrival! Donna was kind, responsive and made me feel at home, and that I was comfortable.The place was spotless, clean bedding and bathroom was super clean, nice dining area to eat in the kitchen and fully stocked with any items you may need. I traveled with very little clothing but didn’t have to worry due to the convenience of a washer and dryer, which was easily accessible. This home is also in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

We were gathered from around the country for my Mother s Memorial. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful environment, as emotions were high. It was healing. Beautiful home, and all directions were clear. If it had been a little later in the Spring and the weather warmer, it would have been even better. I highly encourage anyone to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer in Gregory's beautiful home. You will have a wonderful vacation!

Suzanne’s home is beautiful and felt like being in our own home. The property is serene and very private. The house and kitchen were well equipped for cooking. Suzanne was so easy to communicate with pre during and post stay. We have family in the area so I hope to be back again.

Highly recommend this home! We had 5 adults and is a fantastic spot for a family vacation! Lots to do with access to cedar beach and walking trails as well as a very short ride to a local restaurants! House was spotless and owners were very responsive we had prior and during the trip, checking in to make sure we didn’t have any issues!

Great location with private beach access. Cozy 2-bedroom slept our family of 4 comfortably. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and large yard out back. I’m originally from Branford and we visit my parents regularly. Will definitely keep Abigail’s home in mind for future visits!

Wow what a gorgeous home with an even better view of Joshua Cove. We have honestly never been to a better Airbnb - it was just sublime, especially in the Connecticut sun! Loved how well equipped the home was for us.
