This charming early 1900’s carriage house is 250 yards from the beach, marinas, dock & a park! It has hardwood floors throughout and is about 1200 sq ft. It also has it's own backyard. The center of town which has lots of shops & restaurants is just a few minutes away... you could even walk it! The train station is 1 mile away & a Brewery is around the corner! New haven is only 10 minutes! You can't beat the location... or the house! We have a single & dbl kayak. ALSO ONLY 30 min from skiing!

You will also have access to a private neighborhood beach for swimming. Rental includes access to Owenego Beach Club. Pet fee $300
