lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Megan’s house was just like the pictures. It had lots of beds which was perfect for family traveling to town for a family wedding. The pool table and heated pool were an added bonus.

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This is a wonderful Airbnb in a really special place away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You are in a quiet location within easy access of trails where you can run or walk and if you like to ride, there are plenty of equestrian places providing this facility including part of the Airbnb itself. Youssef and his family were welcoming and on hand to provide advice as needed. That said, they were never intrusive. The accommodation is spacious and homely and you certainly do not feel like rushing out but rather enjoying the facilities. There is everything that you could need for a short or extended stay. Towels were plentiful as were shampoo and lots of extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool is a real bonus for children or adults that like a daily swim and although shared with the family, I never felt restricted in its use and loved the fact that it was heated so was comfortable regardless of the external temperature. A wonderful stay and perfect host.

Myself and my friends had a pleasant staycation at Xin’s house in May. I had given a heads up that there will be a 4 months baby with us and they made sure the entire space is clean making it most comfortable especially for the baby. The host was super responsive from the time I booked and replied to my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot not very far from city yet appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

Shiva was a great communicator, before during and after the stay. The house was exactly as described, and had all amenities one could need. Ample parking in the driveway. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay here again if I was in the area

Brigitte's place was amazing! Very beautiful property, very spacious and inviting! Very clean and she has everything labeled which is very helpful! Has everything you could think of and more. We traveled with a group of 4 grown men for a golf trip and it was more than enough space for everyone! Having 2 full bathrooms is a must and the en-suite attached to the master has a beautiful soaker tub. Very beautiful deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture and the front yard has a nicely landscaped firepit which we didn't use this time but will next time as we will definitely be back! Great place for families and it is even pet friendly! Brigitte is an amazing host, very attentive and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Nicest Air BnB I've ever personally stayed at! Solid 9/10

I had a great time at this place! It was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Karine is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. I stayed for over two months, and if I ever return to Toronto and need a place to stay, I’d choose this one again. Highly recommended.

Everything was great down to every little detail. Soaps, shampoo, Conditioner, towels, toothpaste and new brushes in case you forgot yours. Coffee, tea and sugar, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Every detail was perfect. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative... is you can hear the main level apartment (living space) people walking around if heavy footed... but in general that was not a problem and not a complaint. Just an FYI for future renters.

We stayed in David's place for 30 days with a toddler. David and his family were very responsive, accommodating and helpful. The host and family routinely checked on us to ensure that our stay is okay. We felt right at home. The location is great and all amenities are nearby.

We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

Foad's house met our needs very well. It was clean and spacious. The communication was always quick. The layout of the rooms is a little unusual and there is no oven or dishwasher, but we were happy overall with our stay.

Shakker was an amazing host. We felt right at home and super comfortable, definitely worth the price!

This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.
