We turn what was a 3 bedroom apt. into one very spacious one bedroom open concept apt. while keeping the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom for privacy, we will be hosting guests during stay and available for tour of the city if needed. In accordance to state law, we must follow the guide lines.

THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.
