Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Downtown, Houston

Monique was great! She was super responsive, we didn’t want for anything. My husband and I attended the taco fest at discovery screen and wanted to stay somewhere local. This place was perfect! Had everything we needed inside, super clean. We had a balcony with a view of downtown, so close to many event centers, food and bars all within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Should by husband and I need another staycation, we would definitely come back here.

Has great parking, apartment was nice & as described. It can get noisy due to proximity to the main road, but wasn't a deal breaker. I feel the check-in process could of gone more smoothly. Due to poor cell service we had to wait about an hour before we could get in. The host dealt with the issue very quickly so wasn't too bad.

if you’re worried about cleanliness and low noise areas, i highly recommend this place. pristine bathroom. and a lot more spacious than you’d think. perfect stay for people who are passing through.

Daethan was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for the event I went to (Dreamcon). Clean space, great balcony, instructions were clear, and Daethan was quick with any questions I had.

Clean and tidy place. Perfect if you just need someone where to rest at while you enjoy the city on your vacation. It has a safe place to park your vehicle in the back which was a plus

This place looks exactly like the pictures! Location was perfect, very close to downtown and lots of restaurants, bars, lounges and things to do. The place was very clean, spacious and the kitchen was beautifully stocked. Will definitely stay again the next time I am in Houston

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of the Heights with quick access to 610 and 45 to easily get around Houston. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

Erica was excellent she was very kind accommodating and responsive lots of amenities in the home to make you feel at home. The house is spacious the rooms are nicely decorated and clean and as pictured I would definitely recommend.

LOVED our stay here! Jason was a wonderful host. We had a one way flight to Houston to receive care at MD Anderson and had booked 3 nights at his place for myself, my husband, my dad and my 1.5 year old daughter. We ended up having to stay longer in Houston and even though someone had booked this Airbnb right after us so we could not extend our stay Jason was very helpful in finding us a spot with hosts. He knew right next-door. It made our move very easy. The house was comfortable, the neighborhood is up and coming but we never felt unsafe. There’s a wonderful park nearby with a splash pad that my dad walked our daughter to while my husband and I were at the hospital. We will definitely return!

On street parking and drive thru gate might be a little tight for a large truck or SUV, but our full size sedan had no problem navigating the drive

Love the home. It was exactly as described. Beautiful rooftop view of the city. Very roomy and felt like home.

First off, Tiffany is a great host. She responds really fast and was a major help whenever I needed assistance. The house itself was beautiful and was very accommodating. It was never too far from away from anything either! Would definitely stay again!

We booked this stay for my now-husband and his friends to get ready in for our wedding ceremony. Marie had a bouquet of flowers with a kind note on the counter for us. She was VERY responsive and personable. Lots of space, great location, and very clean! Definitely recommend and would book again.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Overall a good experience. Check-in instructions were a bit confusing as to which fob to use on the elevator, and the WiFi was a bit unstable a couple of times. But the unit was as pictured, clean, and sell equipped. 👍

Enjoyed everything about my stay from start to finish. So close to everything that I needed to get to from the unit, it was perfect for 2 people to stay. It was easy to find, and when I needed to get in contact with host, he was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here next time in Houston.
