Holiday rentals with lake access in Earp, San Bernardino County

One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

This home was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and my family of 5 had lots of room. The pool and backyard are gorgeous and clean. We will definitely book this home again.

We had a phenomenal stay. The house was located in the most ideal location to launch our boat and get good food. We were extremely grateful to find a place that our dog could come with us and be welcomed. We were able to make several meals in the kitchen and on the grill without issue. The amenities for this house were over the top and we look forward to returning. The best part for us was being able to find a place to store our boat and three vehicles with two of them being trucks. We can’t wait for our next trip and hope this place is an option we can choose. If you want waterfront on the river and want your access to your boat anytime, then this is the place. Beautiful location. Very peaceful setting with nice view. House is well furnished with all the amenities one would need. We had a wonderful stay.

Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!
