amazing stay! wish we could have stayed longer. it was so beautiful and peaceful! our dog loved running up and down the spiral staircase 😂 she absolutely loved the yard as well and had a ton of fun eating sticks. thank you so much for everything!

Looking for a pet friendly and toddler friendly place ?! Look no further. We come to town from Valdez often to get supplies and this was the best one we’ve ever stayed in ! Fully fenced backyard perfect for the kiddos and dog to play ! We will Be back :)

This little home was perfect for our family of six! We loved having all the kitchen gadgets so we could cook breakfast. It was nice to have the back yard to let the kids run some steam off! Super clean and comfortable!

Everything was perfect and we wished we could have stayed longer! I was amazed at the thoughtfulness that had gone into providing even the little things beyond the bed and shower! Cables for charging, lamps for great lighting in the rooms, and the posted clear instructions on how and what to do to use everything! Definitely will stay here again!

The space was a great place for us to stay while we were in town for Special Olympics Summer Games. Look forward to staying there again.

Quiet rental convenient to the airport, only 10 min from downtown. Ultra comfortable bed, lots of space. Has all the essentials for a short stay, although despite the listing, it does not have a washing machine. Would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay! Very peaceful and quiet but still convenient access to both town and hiking. Spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and amenities. Kim is a very thoughtful and responsive host, she gave great hiking recommendations! Highly recommend for your trip to Anchorage!

Adorable little yurt for our adventure. It was immaculately clean and she thought of everything when it comes to have supplies and info available for her guests. Would recommend to others 10/10!

Tyler’s apartment was great for my brief stopover in Anchorage. The description was accurate, and it was easy to check in and check out. It’s small but clean and roomy on the inside. Good place for anyone who needs a base of operation in Anchorage.

10/10 stay at Brad’s home! Beautiful surroundings and home. Looked just like the photos and we appreciated having all of the amenities listed out. Wonderful and proactive communication by Brad and the Hatcher Pass area is stunning. We were sad we only had only had one night in this area. There were so many kind little touches including a hand written note and snacks when we walked in along with bathroom amenities that most airbnbs don’t have. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!!

Dylan was excellent with communication and always answered every question and resolved issues that came up within minutes. I was impressed! The bed is very comfortable. The place is spacious. The only thing I didn't love was the very thin walls. It was ok because things were not noisy after 10 pm. I would stay here again. The location is excellent and I loved that.

Tim place was exactly what we needed and expected. Tim is a considerate and generous host. The mud room looked like a visiting center with all things Alaska reading material. We had all we need to cook and even bake! We stayed a week and had a blast exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Tim!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dave's beautiful place and will hope to stay again next time I'm in town. Dave was quick to respond to some questions I had and also offered many helpful suggestions regarding inquiries I had for adventures in the area. This was a top notch experience and a definite highlight of my time in the area. Thank you for being absolutely awesome, Dave!

Great little nook in a great location. We had a mishap with the hot tub but they were extremely accommodating and made up for it. The apartment has a slight funky smell but is really cute retro vibes, beds are comfy and the instructions are very easy to find/understand. They have plans to renovate further and add a private entrance. I would definitely rent here again.

Jim’s cabin was immaculate! It comes with every amenity imaginable. Incredible fishing with views of mountains.

We had a 1-month stay at Jeff's place. This place is right by the city trail system and is walkable to downtown (~1.2 miles). There is also a bus stop right outside the house. A couple of us ended up working here for a bit. There was one desk for use and the internet there was good for work. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and there were plenty of towels and linens for use. Jeff was very responsive throughout our stay. We were not able to get the mail ourselves, but Jeff or his wife was happy to grab it for us when it came. I did have my parents here as well and they enjoyed the place. It was spacious with 3 floors and we were able to spread out. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I did spend some nights in the basement, and it can get noisy when folks use the bathroom. Overall we did like this place and would stay here again if we come back to ANC.

Loved the cabin! Perfect for me and my two teenage boys in June. Plenty of space for us. Hot tub was magical after a long hike. Location is great - easy 3 min drive or 20 min walk into Girdwood for meals. Would absolutely stay again!

One of the best properties I've enjoyed. I was only there overnight, but it was an exceptional stay! Daniel reached out(day of arrival) to ask what time we would like to enjoy the Nordic Spa, as I had inquired about when booking and it was ready to go. The entire space was tastefully decorated and had all of the little extras that make a stay that much more enjoyable. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. a variety of teas, freshly ground coffee and more. We enjoyed talking with Daniel , making it a more personal stay. I am an extrovert, so I fully enjoy my guest/host interaction if available. A truly enjoyable, lovely stay! I highly recommend Daniel and Savannah's proprty.

We had an amazing stay at Holly's place! We loved the personalized message and treats we found upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need to cook a meal. We used the provided grill to make hamburgers one night, and our teenage boys enjoyed the hot tub. The home is located only minutes from Aleyeska Ski Resort, so you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Girdwood is a great place to stay if you want to be able to drive to Seward for the day and explore the area (great hikes!) or drive over to Anchorage (about 40-45 minutes). Both are beautiful drives!

Exactly as advertised and the hot tub is fantastic. Highly recommend! Will be back!

this was a beautiful house and close to everything, exactly as described ! greg was easy-going and communication was top tier. he made our time in anchorage wonderful :) 10/10 recommend !!
