Casa de estilo, terminaciones excepcionales. Recientemente reciclada a nuevo. Desarrollada básicamente en una planta, salvo la suite principal que se encuentra en planta alta. Pisos de Madera de en Roble nuevo en toda la casa. 4 Dormitorios, 5 Baños completos. Muy buena orientación con fondo, piscina y galería al Norte (sol toda la tarde) La casa cuenta con 2 cocinas completas, horno de pan/pizzas, enorme piscina. Amplias cocheras para guardar hasta 3 o 4 autos. Seguridad CCTV, Vigilancia.

Ideal for short or extended stays. Spacious, elegant and functional. In the heart of Carrasco, steps from the sea, quiet area, with restaurants and services. Living room with integrated kitchen and open balcony. Bedroom with double bed, spacious bathroom. Air conditioning. Cable TV and good wifi. An extra bed can be added to accommodate a third person. 24-hour remote surveillance. Beautiful common spaces: living rooms, outdoor areas, wine cellar, open pool. Space for bicycles.

Tasteful, spacious and secure for families.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

Feel at home - Beautiful Accommodation, Divine

Beautiful and safe, in Carrasco Sur. Excellent location, you can walk to the Portones Shopping mall, with a food court, movie theaters, clothing stores, hypermarket, etc. There is also a beautiful square with games for children 50 meters away. Excellent transportation to the rest of the city. It is 15 minutes from Carrasco Airport and 30 minutes from downtown. A few blocks from downtown Carrasco and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay thanks to the amenities offered by this apartment. Everything was impeccable, the sheets, towels, etc. The quilts were beautiful (we wanted to buy the same ones!) and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator, the coffee maker, the microwave, the washing machine... everything is top brand and top notch. The apartment had everything you needed and much more than it said. In addition, a beautiful aroma circulated throughout the apartment thanks to those plug-in perfumes. And not to mention the view! It's beautiful! As if that wasn't enough, our baby could enjoy the games on the terrace. The view from there is spectacular. Michael took very good care of us and showed us all the facilities so we could enjoy ourselves as much as possible. Always attentive, friendly and cordial. And attentive to all the details. We definitely recommend staying here. We'd definitely come back!

My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

The host Ema was super kind from my first consultation about the place. The place is exactly as described, a quiet and cozy place, the whole house is clean, the bathroom is clean, everything is perfect. A place I recommend with my eyes closed and I've already told Ema that next year I'm back.
