Welcome to book our house at a favorable “try-on” price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self sufficient on electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the grid. The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

The house was built in dalatimmer 2022 in traditional style but with all modern amenities, for year-round use. Outside high season, wild animals, hare and fox are often seen on the plot. The main bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with sea views from the main pillow. Close to charming Norrtälje, nice hiking trails.

The house is secluded overlooking Länna Kyrksjö, it is not unusual for us to see deer, moose, fox, cranes and birds of prey. There is a general store 5 km away in Bergshamra The house is built in 2023, the plot is partly under construction. From October 2024 we offer hot tub.
