A few years ago we bought a land with an old house in Skalica.We gradually demolished the house and built a new building with the original character. There is a terrace with access to a natural garden inspired by steppe flora. The unique location offers rich opportunities for trips to the surroundings - wine cycling trails, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice or the Pouzdřanská steppe and the Kolby vineyards.

A home away from home!

The house is situated in the charming village of Stupava. Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.
