Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Durham

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

This is our fifth year coming to the farm. Larissa is absolutely masterful with kids of all ages (even tough kids). My daughter races out at 9 am to do farm chores and begs for more (and this is a kid who drags her feet doing chores at home)!! We love the rhythm of farm and find it really easy to disconnect and unwind. After chores in the morning, you're welcome to spend as much time as you want with the animals, which is a real treat. Whether it's feeding the horses hay, sharing food scraps with the goats, or watching the chickens do their evening routine, there's so much to enjoy. The local towns are lovely, but if you like the farm experience, you may never leave the property. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her experience and expertise. She has created an absolutely magical environment, and I would highly recommend visiting!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Albany! From the moment we stepped through the door, this place felt like a cozy retreat tucked into the charm of New York’s capital. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed. The location was ideal — just a short walk to Washington Park and a quick drive to all the historical spots. But the real standout? Our host. Incredibly responsive and warm. If you’re looking for a stay that blends comfort, style, and a true sense of place — this is it. Would give it six stars if I could!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!!!! The place was so beautiful & lovely ☺️ above all the bed was super comfy - usually I don’t sleep that well when I’m not in my own bed, but the night here felt like I’m home ✨ the location also was perfect, we could walk everything by foot! I can wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb !☺️

The only thing better than the loft was Laura Ann herself. I came upstate to go on a little solo retreat to make some art and be alone in a peaceful place. This Airbnb was the perfect place for it! From the serene cemetery to the highly eclectic paintings and sculptures in the loft, I couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. Lots of restaurants and shops around that are about a ~15 min walk from the Airbnb, very accessible. Laura Ann is so extremely friendly and helpful, she really made me feel right at home. Probably the best Airbnb experience ive ever had. I will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Laura Ann!

Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

Loved Denise's place. Clean & comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The artwork on the walls was a perfect touch. Loved the quiet neighborhood having grown up in the area. Highly recommend Denise's place.

Great place to stay! Catherine was communicative and prompt to reply. We went during a snow storm, but it was easy to get in/out. The roads and driveway were plowed. Needless to say, everything was very clean. I would recommend staying there without hesitation.

Taylor has gone above and beyond to create a really special place. My boyfriend and I had a really lovely weekend away with our pups and everything was perfect. We were able to cozy up after long days of hiking, cooking in was just as fun as eating out and we felt right at home. Checking in and out couldn’t be easier and Taylor is very gracious about making sure you enjoy your stay. Would definitely book again!

We love this house! Every time we come here we feel right at home! It has now become a tradition for our family to come here at least once a year. Perfect place to relax. Pet friendly. Always looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful space. Amazing countryside vibes. Fun hike down to the waterfall, great kitchen for cooking and a fun night in. There was lots of quaint stuff to do in nearby Middleburgh: thrifting, diners, 50s milkshake bar, antique book stores, hikes, breweries, and more. We loved that there was so many towels for the sauna and swimming. One note: give yourself a lot of time for the sauna to heat up. Instructions were clear and they gave us lots of local recs. Also LOVED the hammocks -- lots of cozy nooks to hang for a chill girls weekend. We might be back again! A great stay.

The view is everything!! A great weekend getaway

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to Catskill four our anniversary. Margaret’s place was PERFECT. The house itself was so charming and provided the perfect location for a cozy weekend getaway. The area was very walkable, and have lots of shops and restaurants. Margaret was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions right away. She also provided a great list of recommended activities, restaurants, and breweries. We definitely plan on visiting again soon to finish off the list. Thanks again for a memorable experience!

Adrian’s place was absolutely lovely. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and easy to relax into. The new “hedge” separating the driveway and the side yard is lovely. Having nature all around is gorgeous and restorative. We’ll definitely return!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

My husband and I attended a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights. It’s was such a lovely stay! A quiet street (with a street light right across the street), and a warm welcome as we entered the door. The place looked exactly as described and was a cozy place to land after the long days out. The shower pressure was also awesome and helped soak away the day. Anna was the perfect host! She made sure to let us know that we may not have service up there and that we should take down all the information in advance and was super proactive in all communication. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!
