Zen Den is a fantastic space and exceeded expectations.The yurt was clean and incredibly cozy with the fireplace, making it the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were responsive and made our weekend getaway easy! The property itself is beautiful and walkable, with lovely paths and a pond to skate in the winter. We will definitely be back! Cheers!

Seth and Maura’s place was perfect for my needs. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and bright. I felt right at home preparing meals, relaxing on the couch, and getting good nights’ sleeps in the large and cozy bedroom. Access to the trails on the property is a wonderful bonus, with winding loops through a variety of habitats and tons of bird activity. To top it all off, the Saturday morning farmer’s market on the property is a wonderful way to provision yourself for your stay, with lots of local providers of veggies, meats, cheeses, breads, and flowers. I also enjoyed watching and hearing the farming activity, from mowing fields to loading trucks with produce. Overall, a great experience that I hope to repeat.

Thank you, Patty and John, for hosting us at your lovely place. We stayed at the Scatter Good Farm for four nights during Bowdoin’s commencement weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The setting was peaceful and serene—just what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our daughter especially loved making friends with Lucy the dog and the goats—it added such a sweet, personal touch to our trip. The farm was just a short drive to Bowdoin, which made getting to campus events easy and stress-free. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming and super responsive. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay near Brunswick, this is a true gem. We would absolutely come back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon while we explored several areas around the larger coastal Maine. Brunswick is a sweet town, and we very much enjoyed our stay! Leslie and Steven’s loft was the perfect landing spot for the two of us while we explored. It was cozy, and exactly what we needed! They are attentive & hospitable hosts—a must stay!

If you are looking for a semi-rustic camping experience this is the place for you! Ryan is putting a lot of effort into his beautifully wooded property. The tiny cabins are very cool with a panoramic window. Each has its own private outdoor solar shower and small sitting deck. There is an outhouse with a camping toilet, an outdoor kitchen/picnic area with grills, tables and a small camping sink. There is also a wood stove heated sauna that was Great along with a charcoal heated hot tub and cold plunge tub. Inside the “pro-shed” you will find all the discs you need to play the full 18 hole course that provided lots of fun and laughter for our group! There was also corn hole, lawn scrabble and Bocce that we did not have enough time to play. We would definitely like to return. Thank you Ryan for such a unique experience!

This was a wonderful stay! It was so cozy and peaceful. I wish I could have spent even more time in the cabin. Bethany was a wonderful host! Instructions were super clear and there were lots of activities and fun things to do!

This cabin is one of the most wonderful places I have been. My partner and I stayed just under a week and we enjoyed every second! It was so peaceful and relaxing to be away in such a beautiful home in an amazing area!

We spent two nights of our honeymoon in the Celebration Bus with our two dogs. It was awesome. Burd and her husband could not be nicer humans. They made special arrangements for us to be able to stay here for the weekend, and it was so very appreciated. Their property is beautiful and peaceful. Their dog Ginger is a total sweetheart. Our dogs loved running around, and they especially loved the bus. One of our dogs was refusing to come out of the bus when it was time to leave lol. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had most of what you would need. Burd made great recommendations for the area, and we even did a half day in Portland with our dogs (a very dog friendly city and only 30 mins from their property). The only thing I would say is that the mosquitoes really loved me there, so make sure to bring bug spray and wear it haha (they even provided a bottle). Would highly recommend staying here! :)
