We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Such an ideal place for a group of friends with kids! We were all able to have our own space and never felt crowded. Each room having its’ own bathroom was a game changer. The common areas were spacious and perfect for gathering. The pool, playground and tennis courts were so much fun for our group with small kids. We had the best time!

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey and Edward’s place near Texoma. My husband and I had some luck catching g a few fish in the lake behind the house. Also loved watching and listening to the birds on the front porch and watching several deer show up for the corn we put out. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. We needed it and able to spend it with our kids and granddaughter.

Since this place is deep in the country, expect bugs everywhere. The place is great and spacious. It was an overall awesome stay. Loved the grill and the pool.

This was our second time staying with Melissa. She remembered us as soon as we booked and we felt like we were coming to our 2nd home. Melissa communicates beautifully and you can tell she takes great care of her clients and home. She is the best!!

We had a very nice two night stay. Home had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I might suggest adding is a fan. We forgot to bring one and we missed having the noise at night. That tells you how quiet the neighborhood is!! We’d definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Kristin’s and it was as wonderful as the first time. We love the location and her home is always clean and inviting. She is very quick to respond with any question that we had. We will be back

Such a cute place! The interior decor was excellent, nice appliances (even had a washer & dryer available), great instructions. She literally thought of everything to make your stay special! I actually felt like I was staying at a family member’s place because it was so comfortable and had everything I might need at my fingertips! I will definitely be staying here each time I go to see my grandbabies! Even my 7 yo grandson said, “Wow, this is a nice house!”. Thank you Tabatha for making our stay so wonderful!

Very cool place to stay! Close to the casino with lots to do in the area!

My family enjoy the home . We took my Mom to casino for her 75th birthday. She had a blast. The home was very convenient and well kept up.

The Charming Magnolia has the nostalgic feel of an older small home in an equally old and charming small town. Upon entering we were, a bit to our surprise and delight, ushered into a spacious and well thought-out interior. From the (most likely original) kitchen cabinets to the large modern dining room table the home is a special blend of old and new. Our hosts communicated extremely well and we would definitely stay there again!

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Just book it. I have to brag on Ashley; she is absolutely AMAZING. I told her that I was booking her place for a Ladies Retreat and that I will be making brunch on Sunday. Not only did Ashley get us an extra twin bed to make sure that everyone was comfortable, but she also got us additional serving platters to make sure my brunch was perfect. Excellent communication from beginning to end. During our stay, a very bad storm came in and we lost power. When we woke up trees and powerlines were down. Ashley came to house with a cooler with ice for us because she knew we had a lot of food from the brunch. She also brought us some batteries, fans and flashlights. During the power restoration process, she kept up updated with status and made sure we were ok the entire time. Because of the storm, she also extended a late check out to our group. I highly and undoubtable recommend staying at Ashley's place. You will NOT regret it. It's clean, beautiful and the LAKE. Two thumbs up. Thanks Ashley.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in Denison and this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Very clean and modern home. Plenty of room. Couldn’t recommend enough. Next time we are in town we will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was relaxing, cozy, and the outdoor areas are peaceful. I would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 28th anniversary extended weekend getaway. All was very neat and clean in this 2-bedroom + loft . The A-framed home was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and with a beautiful view from the couch/chairs inside or patio seating outside. We prepped and ate most of our meals cooked in the amply equipped kitchen including pots and pans and dishes all in great condition. We stayed in the main bedroom and the bed was so comfortable with a good amount of closet space (and hangers) for everything we brought with us. We had a great meal at Lettuce Indulge, explored the dam, rode bikes at the park, and visited the farmers market. Thank you Summer for being so attentive and friendly. It was a great stay!

Our stay was fantastic! The kids keep saying they cannot wait to go back. The place is so kid friendly they enjoyed it very much. Such creative builds there! Not far from the lake and light house marina. The restaurant across the street was delicious. We had a bad storm while there and host was very responsive about power and if we may need anything until the power came back which didn’t take long at all. If you’re looking for a family friendly place with in a good budget I suggest the orange place. We will be back. 🧡🧡🧡🧡
