We stayed in the house for a few days and had a great time. Verónica was very attentive and was available at all times for us. The place is just as described and appears in the photos. Highly recommended!

Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. It was a surprise birthday gift the apartment is beautiful is decorated to detail.The environment to stay with our dog is spectacular. The house has a very practical little colmado. You are close to the beach and the mountain and is the ideal place to disconnect. Maria is a great host. A hug from Pamplona Mikel & Isa & Chico🐾

Wonderful stay at Irati's. The accommodation is very well equipped and the garden is splendid. Irati and her parents were very welcoming and very responsive to our requests. We appreciated their special touches upon arrival as well as when we left. We recommend their place 200%.

All aspects of the stay were perfect. We were 5 young couples spending the weekend. Elena took care to make clear everything we could do and how we could take advantage of the time. She was also attentive in case we had any improvises. The house is perfect if you are looking to feel at home. Renovated and at the same time with original details of the house. A 10/10.

Beautiful rural garden refuge in the heart of the Merindades, an area of impressive natural beauty and full of lovely medieval (from 10th century on) cities and towns. Santi has put a lot of time and effort to build his private refuge and we felt grateful he shared with us. Him and his wife were fantastic hosts and full of helpful suggestions. Their dogs Jackie & Chan were affectionate and playful. The place was huge, well decorated and spotless. All amenities, modern kitchen and cabinets, great bathrooms with a jacuzzi, working wood burning stove and a huge garden with a sitting/dining area and pond with ducks. Private parking of course. Butrera is a tiny town with a lovely romanic church but just a few miles of Villarcayo with plenty of restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. A really unique place in our extensive experiences with Airbnb's. Our one regret is that we were there only two nights but we will be back to this astonishing area before international tourism discovers it.

We spent two days at Christmas with 12 adults, a child and two dogs and it was great. The house was as it appeared in the photos. The kitchen in the house downstairs is huge and we were able to eat together without any problems. Communication with Asier was quick and easy, he answered all our questions with infinite patience. I recommend it 100%.

The house was impeccable, it consists of three floors, the play area is in the garage, very well equipped for both adults and children, it has two more floors with a dining room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Everything is well-equipped with sheets, towels, and hygienic utensils. The only thing that didn't match the idea we had when we saw the photos is that the outdoor area is not in the same house, you have to go outside and cross in front of it, where there is a porch and a barbecue, the land doesn't have much. The only complaint we have is the heating. It's controlled by the host and sometimes we've been too hot, but you can't turn it off, you have to ask him to raise or lower the temperature. The village is quite secluded, there is only a butcher shop, a bar and a branch of La Caixa, so the area is super quiet surrounded by nature. From the house, San Sebastián is just over an hour away, Vitoria is an hour away, and Pamplona is 45 minutes away. The people in the area are very friendly.

We had a great time at Jaione's house, which is located in a beautiful mountain environment with sea views. The house was very convenient for our family: the grandparents had their bedroom and shower room with toilet on the ground floor, parents and children were spread out in 3 bedrooms upstairs, where there is a large bathroom with toilet. All the bedrooms were very nice, as was the kitchen dining room, a large open plan room allowing everyone to rest or play. The kids enjoyed the garden to play around the house. Jaione was very helpful throughout our stay by giving us tourist and practical advice. A big thank you!

Iñaki is a great host. It left us total flexibility and the house was unbeatable. The house was fully equipped with everything the listing said and was pending at all times for us.

We went for a weekend at Casa Benta and we loved it. It was a quiet little house and although the weather did not accompany, we were great sheltered and warm in the house. Both Ana and her husband were great and helped us a lot. Thank you very much for everything, I keep it to come back another longer time 😊

The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including a welcome gift that we greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with a magnificent garden to enjoy together. We loved the village. 100% recommended!!

We were 12 people and we were very comfortable. The games room is great and although we couldn't enjoy it much the garden is spectacular.

Idyllic and one-of-a-kind environment. The house is very comfortable and well located, in a quiet and beautiful area and very close to basic services such as supermarkets, restaurants and other areas of interest (Somo beach, etc.). Arrival instructions as well as the guide and communication with Olga was spotless at all times. Excellent host, environment and home. It's well worth it!!

This charming studio cabin is situated in the foothills of Cambria . Beaches are really close by 10 - 25 minutes , great to explore the coastline especially east of Santander . Nice restaurants by the coast but we found the best restaurant serving high quality Spanish food just down the road in Suesa called « bonabo » so friendly , but the homemade food was just so good. The cabin is basic but well situated. Shower and toilet very small. The garden surrounding is excellent for dogs, there are animals in the fields surrounding the cabin, our dog wasn’t worried about them and didn’t worry them. A lovely little place to go.

The stay at Carmen's place was great! Communication with her from the first moment has been very good and has clarified all the doubts that could have arisen for us! The house is great and has enough space for all the guests it marks in the description. We have gone with two babies under 2 years old and they have also really enjoyed the stay! The shame is that it has made us bad weather and we could not enjoy the garden but we did not have the bbq of which the accommodation has. All the stays are equipped with what you need and the heating in autumn winter works great! The environment of the place is beautiful so in good weather it has to be a joy to enjoy it! A house with a lot of character with a nice garden next to a small river . Close to Liérganes and driving distance to the beaches and Santander. Marta is a welcoming and helpful host. We had a wonderful stay.

Iciar was AMAZING!! She not only was an amazing host, but an amazing concierge! Her communication was amazing, and recommended wonderful places to visit! She was a wonderful guide of the best wineries, restaurants and the region in general. Had we found her sooner we would have stayed longer. She didn't skip on the details of her place, which made it that much more special! 🥰 Would recommend this place to any friend or family visiting this region!

The house has all the comforts to spend a few days in nature. The outdoor area with barbecue and toys for the children was the best!! If you are going to travel from there to other places in Cantabria such as Comillas or Santander, the trips get a little heavy because the house is too much in the mountain.

They were very friendly and the house was very large where we had no space issues and good location. We were very pleased.

Barbara's accommodation in Eguillor is beautiful in every way: space, beautiful decor, perfect amenities, an enchanting setting, a soul linked to the past of the place. We benefited from the excellent advice of the owners and with Navarre we discovered a superb region, while we only knew the French side of the Basque Country. We would definitely stay again!

We were very happy to stay in Olatz's atmospheric house. We were a big family away and the smallest 2 year old loved to meet the cows, dogs and sheep every morning. The house is incredibly beautiful and was a great base for trips in the area and down to the nearest village. Olatz was an attentive host and took good care of us all week.
