Monthly Rentals in Dunedin

We had an excellent stay at Emma's beautiful Creemore home. It's incredibly private & the river in front is a joy to have at your doorstep. Emma's home was very clean and well stocked for all necessary amenities. She was great as a host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The internet was challenging at times but it ultimately was fine for personal use. Using it for work (zoom calls) proved difficult. All in all it was a wonderful stay. We'd be happy to rent there again!

We had a lovely stay at Wendy’s place! Beautiful location right next to a river with a gorgeous back yard. It was a short drive to excellent hiking on the Bruce trail. The apartment had all the amenities we needed (including lots of coffee!), was very clean and super cozy. Wendy was very responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and pretty spot for a quiet getaway!

Great place for a peaceful getaway in beautiful surroundings just a few minutes from town. Can’t say enough good things! Comfortable and cozy in combination with spacious, airy and bright. Everything you need. Lots of space with walking paths for kids and dogs. Great working kitchen. Huge deck with great bbq. Beautifully kept property. Responsive and friendly host.

This place was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend. As someone who’s done lots of travelling, it makes me so happy to find gems of places to stay like this. The house was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were as clean and fancy as a hotel, but there was way more space than a hotel, so more bang for your buck. The kitchen was filled with extra ingredients such as salt, pepper, coffee, tea, onion powder, etc. in case you forgot to bring some for cooking. The host was very nice and approachable. He made sure everything was stocked up and arrived for us. Altogether would definitely come again.
