Spend your vacation in a magical house on the edge of the city, in a quiet location, by the forest, “far from the noisy crowd.” My place is family-friendly, but also for friends. The enclosed area provides absolute privacy. Two terraces offer a pleasant seating area. The outdoor patio has an umbrella, grill, seating area. You can also use the indoor patio in bad weather. Parking is available behind the gate, as well as in front of the house. The house is fully and comfortably furnished. Thermal swimming pool is 1.8 km (20mins walk).

Forget your worries at this spacious and peaceful place. Spacious air-conditioned new building of 120 m2 family house, suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Quiet location on the outskirts of Dunajská Lužná, only 15 min by car to the center of Bratislava. Heated pool to 30 C, hot tub up to 40 C, gas grill, garden furniture. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars. We have a security camera in front of the house, above the terrace and the grill.

A modern house in a quiet location with a large private property and artificial grass. Downstairs is a spacious living room with a kitchen, TV, sofa bed, shower and washing machine. Upstairs there are two cozy bedrooms, a bathtub and a separate toilet. Nearby is a football and hockey field and Biedronka. In May, June, July, and August, there will be an ice cream stand on the property, so there will be some foot traffic at times.

The house is located in the center of the village next to a small supermarket, inn and church. The house has a large terrace, courtyard and garden. Near the village is the X Bionic Sphere sports complex in Šamorín (10 km) and the Automotodrom Orechová Potôň (12 km). The village is 25 km from the center of Bratislava.
