We love Marta’s apartment! It is nice and clean on the top floor. The little details of the apartment are very considerable and we felt right at home. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. Easy to get around the island. Helpful local recommendations too!

We had a great time at the beautiful place, the walk to the beach was super close and also the shopping. Carla was very accessible and we liked spending our mornings and evenings on the terrace.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once you arrive, you will find a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place – the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! We absolutely loved our stay at Jerome and Catherine’s. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the canal views in front and garden views in back. It was so wonderful to come back to this quiet neighborhood after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

Perfect home to stay

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

It was all tip top. Quick check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. Beach was 10 minutes' walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, in the evening in Burano there are not many places open, it would have been better to organise to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a little exposed. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely two days. The accommodation is as described, spacious and clean and the service was great, but above all we thank Stefania for her availability and patience with our very lively little dog Joey!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, which is located in what feels like a surreal spot in Venice. The apartment was spotless and perfectly clean, and we were especially grateful for the host’s flexibility with our check-in time. Communication was always smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As two architects visiting Venice for the Biennale, we found the location ideal — close to both Arsenale and Giardini. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Venice, if it’s available.

Host available, responsive, and courteous. Apartment clean, tidy and with all the comforts. Bright and well ventilated places. The availability of additional towels and bed linens appreciated. Clean bathroom. Plus: dishwasher (brand new!), a washing machine and covered parking. Highly recommended!

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Amazing balcony apartment in Venice, it is our first time to visit Italy and it makes an unforgettable memory here. You can sit on the wood deck to enjoy the sun, and having beer at evening time. It is easy to access to different location by walking and enjoy the view in Venice.
