Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Rustic forge with spa & cosy and chic nature

À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

The Logis' small bath

This 2-story apartment, a former medical office, has been newly renovated and offers a stay for a romantic getaway or a moment of family relaxation with the 4-seater Jacuzzi. Downstairs, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa, TV and dining area gives access to a small bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (new bedding). Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 king size bed (new bedding), a 4-seater jacuzzi and a bathroom. Bed linen and bath towels included.

The Wizard's Cottage 89

Step into the wonderful world of wizards in this fully immersive cottage Enjoy a comfortable lounge for a cosy evening. A library nook to sip a delicious drink or to make the most beautiful chess game you've ever seen. Two witches' chambers, but you still have to find the entrance. → 1 queen-size bed (160 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm), sheets provided → Kitchen: hotplates, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee, dishwasher → Shower room, towels provided

The Morvandelle Yurt

Enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings of this romantic accommodation. From the yurt you can take beautiful walks, ride bikes, light a fire, cook and enjoy the view. On the premises, there is a sauna that can be booked per half day for 17.50 pp incl. towel and bathrobe. The wood-fired hot tub is also available for rent for 17.50 pp. Both can be rented for 27.50 pp. From the hot tub, you can admire the stars through the dark nights in the Morvan.

Comfortable farmhouse, quiet in the countryside in the Morvan Regional Park with its relaxing flowered and wooded garden, close to the large lakes of Morvan, Pannecière, Les Settons, Chaumeçon, swimming, fishing, hiking trails, various activities and of course fabulous landscapes In the garden, a badminton game, a basketball hoop, a ping pong table, petanque court, soccer are at your disposal as well as deckchairs to rest around a good barbecue

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
