Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Duino-Aurisina

Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips regarding restaurants and events nearby. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the next major city of Labin is also only about 10 to 15 minutes by car. All in all, just a great stay.

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Sasha's house îs situated în a small village 20 minutes South of Postojna. It is an old family house renovated and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a longer stay, to include a small swimming pool. We only stayed 2 nights but wished we could stay more. Sasha îs a great host. He welcomed us, offered drinks and small gifts when we left. His attitude was always proactive and offered great recommendations. We felt great and we would love to come back. Thank you Sasha for a warm welcome and for making us feel like home. We would come back because the area offers a lot to do. See you next time Marian

We (2 adults & 2 kids) had a lovely time in San Pietro. We are very familiar with the region but this place was a hidden gem. Perfect for strolls along river Natisone, close to Cividale, very calm and tidy. Lovely house with everything you need, very welcoming hosts. Thank you!

We enjoyed Airbnb very much. Communication was excellent – we received a response within 10 minutes. The property is modernly decorated and stocked with everything you might need. A supermarket can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable so we immediately felt comfortable. The outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing and grilling, with sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. Despite the summer temperatures, the house remained pleasantly cool, and the quiet location contributed to a relaxing stay!

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people, they were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were 5 men visiting to see the Castelmonte Covid hill climb race, the convenient location to reach the track and once we got home after the race we felt in paradise, beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a large table great for outdoor dining. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, although it was quiet and noise-free in the city. Screened in from neighbor's view of the garden. Renata and Petra are very accommodating and every compliment on the cleanliness of the house 😊

We had a wonderful stay with Olga’s family. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. The kids loved to play outside (enclosed with swing, trampoline and playhouse). Nearby was a camping where we could play and swim in the river. It’s a great location to visit lake Bohinj, Bled, Ljubljana,…

Had a great time at Apartment Koraljka. The host was super sweet, fluent in several languages and responded to chat messages instantly every single time we texted her. The place is spacious, comfortable and very clean.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Mojca & Uroš. The apartment is bright, sunny and cozy. The furnishings and inventory are high quality and tasteful. It's just all harmonious, you feel like home. The location of the apartment is very suitable for many activities in the area. Mojca & Uroš are likeable and accommodating hosts. Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! The property was better than the description and photographs suggested. The terrace was lovely with amazing views. The property was spotlessly clean. There was also a vast array of welcome drinks which was greatly appreciated. Alenka was easy to contact and answered questions swiftly. Great place and lovely stay.
