Monthly Rentals in Dubuque

Everything was perfect. House is adorable. (Maybe add a coffee pot?)

The place is unique and the location is great! House is clean and felt right at home, very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet with people. Very responsive with messages which is always a good thing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the place to others.

Ken was a fantastic host. Parking for the unit is not the easiest to find, but Ken left clear instructions on how to park, and then how to access the space. The apartment itself was great. Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Not sure when we'll be back in Dubuque, but we would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing (but short time) at Vicki’s place. Extremely clean, to the point where I had no problem walking barefoot or in my socks only. Bathroom was pristine, and well stocked with toiletries. Kitchen was impeccable and had plenty of cutlery, plates, even Taco Bell sauces! The place was beautiful decorated and made you feel right at home. Our stay at Vicki’s place was a last minute decision as we were not intending to spend the night in Dubuque, but that was far from an issue. She was extremely accommodating and friendly, with clear instructions. 10/10 would recommend the place to anyone. We are looking forward to return for a longer stay!
