It is situated in the center of Dubrovnik, close to Dubrovnik Cable car and Old Town Entrance - Buža, but in very quite and sunny neighborhood. This lovely apartment is located only 5minutes walking distance from Old town and 10 minutes walk from most popular beach in Dubrovnik Banje. Numerous restoraunts, bars, groceries, pharmacies are 5minutes walk. Bus station for Cavtat is in front of it.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
