Holiday rentals with beach access in Dubrava kod Šibenika

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Ante was hosting he was helpful, responsive and the apartment was outstanding in terms of location cleanliness and facilities. We both paddle boarded, kayaked and snorkelled, all part of the stay. The beach, right in front of the property was stunning, calm, aquamarine and clear, saw many fishes and it’s safe to swim. Would highly recommend. You need a car and make sure you visit Trogir and Primošten and Rogoznica is great for dinner, a bit closer but parking is limited there. Another must is Krka National Park with its wonderful hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely return! Sharon & Tim

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and a beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbour was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We must mention the hostess Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

It was fabulous. Lovely, fully decorated apartment, very modern. The hosts are very friendly, we were greeted by fritters and fresh flowers. The apartment is in a great location, everything is nearby. Highly recommended.

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

The holiday at Haus Leila was first class. The house and the small garden are beautiful, and sparkling clean. Our expectations were exceeded. Everything you need. The beach is very easily accessible on foot within 5 minutes. The hostess is easily accessible and very friendly.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
