Walk right or left (5 mins) and you will be on a promenade, each with a different view. Further 5 mins and you will be on Burrow beach, Sutton, Dublin 13 or taking in the view over Dublin Bay at the Marine Hotel. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.
