OPERATION WILL START FROM 2/2025, WE ARE FINISHING NEW BUILDING. A modern glazed wooden building awaits you, inspired by the mountain style ,where the combination of wood, glass and stone dominates. View of Tanvaldský Špičák in the Jizera Mountains warmly by the stone fireplace. Stay with a larger group of friends - it is possible to rent both chalets Smrž 1 and Smrž 2. Each house has a garden with a pond, a terrace, a sauna and an outdoor hot tub, privacy is a priority. Come and enjoy the peace and beauty in modern mountain chalets.

Cottage Rozárka - Jizera Mountains

The cottage is located in the picturesque part of the village Kořenov - Příchovice and its location offers peaceful relaxation and an active vacation. The cottage has the possibility of accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In winter, its location will be appreciated by ski lovers who can use the adjacent ski areas or countless cross-country skiing trails with connections to the Jizera Highway. In the summer, the area is searched for tourists and cyclists who use the comfortable drifting track.

Modern apartment in family house, Jablonec nad Nisou

The apartment is located in a very good location in the family house. City center by walk cca 10 min Public transport stop in front of the house. Very close to the popular Jablonecka Dam-use in both summer and winter( bike, inline, bathing, paddleboard, etc.) Train station cca 3 min. by walk. There are lots of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Groceries are also very close. ( 5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are welcome.

Cabin on the rock by Čertova stone

Private contactless entrance, private fenced garden, wood stove, deck, grill, fire pit, toilet, kitchenette, fridge, hot tub. Possibility to set up a tent in the garden belonging to the cabin. Close to ski slope, pond, lookout tower, restaurant, shop. Ideal starting point for the Jizera Mountains and Bohemian Paradise. Pets are welcome. The shower is summer, outdoor only. The hot tub is open all year round for free from 7 pm to 8 pm. Time can be changed as guests need.

Deer Mountain Chalet

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

The cottage is located in the middle of a sprawling, green closed garden, which provides complete privacy overlooking the surroundings and offers all the amenities for families. The cottage is designed as a wooden structure with large glass areas, which will especially delight fans of greenery and endless views. The cottage provides accommodation for 1-10 people in 3 separate bedrooms located in the loft.
