A private guest house in a lovely garden, a quiet retreat outside the city centre of Edinburgh. The main living area comprises a double bed, dining area and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle). This is not a full kitchen and does not include a sink. Off the main living area is a WC/shower room. Private access and a dedicated parking space is through a secure gate in a quiet lane. The city centre is a very easy 15 minute bus ride away and there are a number of regular busses.

Our charming ground floor apartment is in a prime location in Stockbridge - a stunning part of central Edinburgh. The Victorian apartment is light and airy and was recently refurbished. It is beautifully decorated and styled throughout and overlooks the quiet shared garden. The accommodation comprises living room with dining area for four, compact modern kitchen, bathroom with roll top bath and shower over it, double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bunk beds.

Our elegant room is the perfect place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. There is a comfy double bed and a beautiful en-suite, secluded from the main house; with a small peaceful garden area and a private entrance. Based in the quiet suburb of Blackhall, we are only a couple of miles from the city centre - with dozens of express buses on a few minutes walk from the house; whilst at the same time ideally situated for journeys to and from the airport.

The Bothy a self contained tiny home suitable for 2 guests. It is situated in the garden of our family home. It is a studio style accommodation, one room, one bed with a private en-suite. Drylaw is a residential area that has excellent links to the airport and city centre. The distance to the airport is 5 miles, the city centre is 2.8 miles. The hot tub is a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring beautiful historic Edinburgh.
