Monthly Rentals in Dry Brook Ridge

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Our second trip to Margretville and it was just as lovely as the last! Brian and Carmel are such helpful and kind hosts with great recommendations. It’s very clean, in a beautiful spot, and has anything you might need. Highly recommend!

Great location about a 2-3 minute drive from Arkville, and a 5 minute drive from Margaretville, both with their restaurants and the latter with a walkable downtown. The place was great for a couple. It had a well-equipped kitchen, and from the bedroom, you could open the blinds to see the backyard through the floor to ceilings windows without seeing any other houses. Esther was extremely responsive when we had trouble with the front door and had it addressed within 24 hours. I recommend four-wheel drive if you're coming during the winter as the driveway is quite steep and can be icy.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s the little things that make all the difference. Besides the place being super clean, we appreciated the quality paper towels and bathroom tissue as we don’t always find that. It’s a great place and we’ll stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
