There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Villa Pehar Studio Delux 4-je studio apartman za dvoje, 23 m2, . Nalazi se u turističkom dijelu Makarske, sa vlastitim parkingom i pogledom na more.. Dovoljno je udaljen od buke i prometa, a dovoljno blizu potrebnim sadržajima. For the sports section, there is a bike path and a boardwalk around the lake, a private volleyball court and work street out equipment for exercise, bass fishing, as well as a private beach for enjoyment and rest. Possibility to use the boat for an additional fee.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
