Holiday rentals with a patio in Drummondville

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clean, well equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), nice bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

We had a great stay, really enjoyed exploring the Granby area. The outside deck provided a space to enjoy an afternoon/evening beverage after a day of cycling. A bonus was the safe storage for our bikes.

Great place, location and amenities. We walked to Antitdote Food Lab... highly recomended... took an Uber back. The next day we drove downtown, stopping at Caffucino on the way, and walked the Murals of Sherbrooke using the Balado app as our virtual guide. Had a nice lunch at Restaurant Le Tapageur and returned Fredrico's place to chill on the patio. Nice short stay in June with great weather.

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city centre with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach just opposite. You can do anything on foot.

Amazing gem in the middle of the forest! It demonstrate a perfect harmony between nature and human craft. Lake, horses and a lot of lands so our dog was super happy. We were there 4days but it felt like a two week retreat in terms of recovery and déconnection! Simply amazing

Julien’s chalet was breathtaking. It is located in a quiet area. The design and amenities were beautiful and very welcoming. There is a gorgeous little stream near the house where you can sit and enjoy what nature has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for more!

Pierre was a blameless host, from arrival to departure he was very responsive to our messages. We went during the big storm of February 16! (More than 40cm) Pierre made us feel safe and was not close at all times to come and clear the entrance! The place was very clean and as indicated! The next time I visit this area, I'm definitely going back!

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property located in very peaceful, restful area of Eastman. This property was exactly as the photos described. As a former vacation home manager I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, amenities and communication. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a few basic items, super clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were spotless! The linens and bedding super soft and perfect for sleeping in. The decor of the home is beautiful and zen, combined with the lighting from the outside you feel a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We used the fireplace along with the heated floors as the temperature was a little cool outside. Lovely evenings spent in the living room area enjoying the view of the forest outside. Wifi works very well as well as streaming channels. The area itself is beautiful, highly recommend for those looking for nature trails, hiking etc. We were 20 minutes from Magog. Cute little village of Eastman not far.

My husband and I booked this place for our 7th year anniversary. Our check in was suppose to be at 4 but we arrived there at 11:30 am and Caroline was gracious to let us leave our bags in the garage while we explore Montreal for the rest of the day till our check in. She's extremely friendly and responsive. She was very diligent in cleaning the pool and enjoyed the pool experience very much looking over the river. Bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure and was hot for long time (I took a bath and my husband used the shower and we didn't run out of hot water-amazing!) We were able to use the washer and dryer easily. Linens were clean and fresh with NO lint. House decor was modern and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos, but the space felt actually much bigger. All the appliances that you need. Attention to detail. The host is on site downstairs which made me feel safe but not intrusive at all. Thank you so much Caroline for letting us in your home.

Jonathan's place was perfect for a family getaway. Great view of the lake, clean and cute cottage. Would definitely recommend!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

I had a good time! Everything we wanted to do was only a few minutes away and the beach was a short walk away

A very good spot close to the mountain. A cute bar across the road, and the hot tubs were a great way to close the day.

Clean place, extra spacious with easy check in. Able to park with our SUV, was a bit tight but was fine - we were prepared to take our time based on the pictures and communication ahead of time.

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful environment. Access to the city and grocery store on foot. We'll be back.

I love this place, pick it always when available, great localization and fits my needs when traveling to Sherbrooke.

This was our second stay at Eve’s place in Bromont. The location at the foot of the hill is so convenient and we love the ground floor walk out patio. The unit was spotless and the kitchen well-stocked. We were able to check in early which was really nice. Eve is lovely to communicate with - always friendly and responsive. We hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed staying at this place. It was comfortable, with everything you need and even an extra comfort that you don't usually find in other accommodation. It is also very well located, 3 to 5 minutes by car from the centre of Magog and close to tourist activities. I recommend this apartment in this quiet area, we will return without hesitation!
