Great stay at Kim's house! Ideal for groups and/or families visiting the area for a sports tournament, for example, as it is an excellent alternative to hotels. The house is located in a quiet and very central area, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, bars, etc., and a short drive from other amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The huge kitchen (and its two refrigerators!) is super convenient for cooking and eating in groups. Everything is new and very clean! Kim responded quickly to the questions we had and all instructions and directions were clear and helpful. We will certainly return if the opportunity arises again!

This home offered more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise and sunset. Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

Found this unit by searching the typical items for a B&B however, this place was quite different from the listing on the web. Interior was far superior to what the picture shows. I have been renting units for many years and found this to be the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. The unit exterior is a little older, but the interior makes up for everything. Would recommend this one even to my wife! ! (lol)

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful property located in very peaceful, restful area of Eastman. This property was exactly as the photos described. As a former vacation home manager I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, amenities and communication. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a few basic items, super clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were spotless! The linens and bedding super soft and perfect for sleeping in. The decor of the home is beautiful and zen, combined with the lighting from the outside you feel a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We used the fireplace along with the heated floors as the temperature was a little cool outside. Lovely evenings spent in the living room area enjoying the view of the forest outside. Wifi works very well as well as streaming channels. The area itself is beautiful, highly recommend for those looking for nature trails, hiking etc. We were 20 minutes from Magog. Cute little village of Eastman not far.

My friends and I had a super relaxing and rejuvenating weekend. It felt good! The house as such is worthy of decoration magazines! It's absolutely beautiful. We loved relaxing outside in the early evening and ending the evening in the spa. It was perfect! The rooms are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. We'll definitely be back! 😊

Enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, and indoor sauna.

What a beautiful spot. We had a perfect trip. There was a small issue with the internet before we got there. Marie Josee communicated everything to us and made sure it was all taken care of. She went out of her way to get the internet fixed on a Saturday. The house is so quiet and private at the end of the road. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Our whole group was very impressed. Nice finishes, well appointed rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Can't say enough good things about it.

A nice place, close to the lake beach and a short drive to the Pinnacle hike (which is short but worth the detour). the house is spacious, has a pool table, hot tub and bar area. Kitchen has all the utensils and equipment you might need. We were seven friends, and it was the right amount of space, although for couples you could fit a few more.

The pictures do not do this home justice. We spent 20 minutes just walking around in awe of everything. I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere so wonderful before. It's nice and private, and the neighbourhood is quiet. The owners have done an excellent job of ensuring enough of the place is up to date for comfort and cleanliness while maintaining the superb vibe and character of the home. Communication with Vincent and Claudia was so easy - they were always available if we needed anything at all, before, during and after our stay. The instructions they left are super clear, so we did not run into any issues. Don't let a lack of reception intimidate you - the wifi works very well! We made excellent use of each floor, especially the jacuzzi area and game rooms. If you are looking for a unique, comfortable stay, I cannot recommend this enough.

Great location for walking around Sutton. Great local restaurants, wine bar, and cheese shops. We were 7 women for a weekend and the space worked out fine. Really nice kitchen. The hot tub was big enough for all of us and was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were really friendly and helpful, and they responded within an hour or two when we needed to be in touch.

Little piece of heaven. We were with friends and made full use of the different amenities of the house. Everything is designed to make big, festive dinners!

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Eric was a great host and very responsive. The home was very comfortable for the 8 of us. Unfortunately we only had a 3 night stay and only got to enjoy the pool for one day due to the weather. But it was very nice with lots of comfortable outdoor furniture and a beautiful backyard setting. The master bedroom was amazing with beautiful soaking bathtub! Highly recommend this property. Nancy's chalet was perfect, we were 4 friends and everything was done to accommodate a group. Bathrooms in each room is a big plus. Super quiet, no visible neighbours.

We stayed at Anthony's for two nights, it went very well. We were happy to be able to enjoy the hot tub in the sun after a day of cycling in the surroundings: very beautiful! The area is very quiet and the neighborhood is very cozy. We were disappointed to realize that the lake shown in the photo is not accessible directly from the cottage (access not far away), and the screen of the video projector was broken. We didn't mind but the rooms are “open” so there isn't much privacy upstairs. I recommend for a weekend if you are looking for calm and rest.

We had a great stay in the chalet. The chalet was very clean, cozy, all the amenities are perfect. The river that flows next to the cottage allows us to be in a different setting, access to the rapids below is easy and very pretty. Everything is well thought out for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely come back, it is a very nice place.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautiful, surrounded by a peaceful forest, and perfectly equipped for families with kids and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The hosts were highly responsive and helpful throughout. What a beautiful chalet!! It had almost every single thing we could've possibly needed. Secluded, far away neighbours (exactly what we were looking for). Gorgeous hot tub, cozey and clean kitchen, living room. Had 1 issue with the lock combination not working, but didn't last too long. Living room bug screen had holes, and there were dirty "leftovers" in the washing machine's filter from previous guests (floss stick, hairs). Otherwise, very clean!! Several towels available after all, so we didn't have to bring our own. LOTS OF MOSUITOS & INSECTS!! Please come prepared lol. Overall super happy with our stay, very very nice cottage, sould love to go back during another season with less bugs. Merci Daniel! :)

We enjoyed our stay, the property was beautiful and well keep! It was peaceful and relaxing! If we are ever in the area again we definitely would book again!
