It is located in the heart of tourist and historical area of Kato Paphos, a minute walk to the sea, promenade, bars, restaurants etc. The studio apartment is compact (21 sqm), with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, A/C, free WIFI and smart TV. Breakfast is included at our Harbour restaurant located just around the corner starting from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.

Work is currently ongoing to pool & surrounding area, this may cause some noise disruption from time to time during the day. There is a price reduction to reflect this from Jan to April 2026

There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen is united with living room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.Outside you can find a big umbrella with a table. A barbeque and pots with flowers. Also the parking area is private. The swimming pool is in the middle of the yard.
