Potis’ Stone House

Ένα ειδυλλιακό πέτρινο σπίτι στο Δρύαλο της Ανατολικής Μάνης, που προσφέρει γαλήνιο περιβάλλον και θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα. Η «Αμφιτρίτη», είναι μία παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αναπαλαιωμένη κατοικία, που βρίσκεται στο μώλο του Νέου Οιτύλου Λακωνίας. Απέχει μόλις 200μ από την παραλία και τα μαγαζιά του χωριού. Απολαύστε το ηλιοβασίλεμα ακριβώς μπροστά από τη θάλασσα. Amphitrite is a traditional stonehouse home, which is located in front of the small port of Neo Oitilo Lakonia. It's only 200m distance from the sandy beach, the stores and the traditional taverns of the village. Enjoy the sunset exactly in front of the sea.

Wellanidia Cottage Mani

Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Man ist hier total für sich und weder vom Ort noch vom umlaufenden Weg kann man den Terrassenbereich einsehen. Der Blick auf das ägaeische Meer ist unverstellt

Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
