Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
