Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.

In the apartment there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a short hallway and a kitchen that can be reached via the living/bedroom. A balcony is also available, which invites you to linger.

Our apartment is located right in the center of Dresden Neustadt, known as the artists' and students' district and right in the center of the nightlife. By tram you are in 5-10 minutes in the famous, historic city center of Dresden, on foot about 30 minutes. Pillnitz Castle and Moritzburg are quick to reach (10+ km). Saxon Switzerland also invites you to a day trip (about 30 km) by car, train, bus or boat.
