Ihr habt neben dem kombinierten Wohn/Schlafraum mit Bett (140er Bett) und Couch, ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit 160er Bett, sowie ein Einzelbett mit 80er Breite im Bettkasten. Du musst also auch im Urlaub nicht aufs Familienbett verzichten. Weiterhin steht eine voll eingerichtete Küche, ein funktionales Wannenbad und ein gemütlicher Balkon zum Innenhof mit Gasgrill zur Verfügung.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.
