Thum Wiesenstraße - the good is so close

The completely renovated apartment is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom. We have integrated durable old furniture in the sleeping and living area to create a cozy atmosphere without sacrificing well-kept, modern comfort in the kitchen and bathroom. The rolls for breakfast can be obtained directly from the baker across the street. Chemnitz - European Capital of Culture 2025 is easily accessible!

On hiking or cycling tours, you can explore the nearby Greifensteine, the Greifenbach reservoir and other highlights of the Ore Mountains. In winter, the cross-country ski trails and lifts of the region invite you to winter sports. The Fichtelberg, Annaberg-Buchholz and Chemnitz are also easy to reach. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only 200 meters from the forest.

Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request at an additional cost. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

This is probably the most beautiful apartment of all the ones we've stayed in! Huge, beautiful, comfortable, modern, it seems that all the wishes of the guests are taken into account. We were pleasantly greeted by a bottle of delicious white wine and aromatic coffee in the morning. State-of-the-art technology has helped us solve our everyday problems. To say that we were delighted is to say nothing. Special thanks for the underground parking, that's +100 in karma)) P.S. To leave the parking lot, you need to pull the rope in the basement before going up the hill... Thank you, friends, for a good vacation.

Hike or relax in the Ore Mountains.

The hosts did everything to make us feel at home - and we did! The apartment is very cozy and very nice and furnished with great attention to detail. On cold evenings, the fireplace makes it extra cosy. There's nothing missing! The surroundings are wonderful, the beautiful garden is a paradise, and from there you can immediately reach the adjacent fields. For our dogs, who were very friendly, this was ideal. The only thing I regret was that we couldn't stay longer, it was hard for us to say goodbye. We will be very happy to come back to explore a little more of the beautiful Erzgebirge :).

Very quaint and cozy cottage with modern equipment that left nothing to be desired. The spacious garden with the old trees gives the right backdrop . All in all very cozy, clean and the contact with Erik was very good!
