Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. EcoLand: A bioclimatic Family Villa with Pool!

This is a special, bioclimatic, luxury, three-level villa which can be used by families or large groups, for relaxing, quiet environment, green scenery, enjoying a natural pool and getting in contact with pure nature! No neighbors, no sounds, just you, the water and the trees! You can use it as a base for great sightseeing or just relaxing and forget your daily routine! The villa is composed from 2 separate houses, House A (above) and House B (below) but the price is for the whole house.

Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
