Large high standard family cabin on top of Rytterspranget at Gautefall. The cabin is located in a remote location, as the last cabin on the road. Good sun conditions and great views of the surrounding nature. Lovely Norwegian nature right on the outside of the cabin wall, with marked trails for hiking and ice climbing in summer and cross-country/alpine skiing in winter. The cabin is large and spacious, and has all the amenities you want for a nice and memorable cabin trip in the mountains. 20 min drive to the nearest city center. Charging station for electric car in the cabin area.

Welcome to Gåsvannshytta – a hidden gem just 30 minutes from Kragerø. The cabin is located quietly and undisturbed by a toll road, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. Bring drinking water (20 liters are available at the cabin). Refrigerator, freezer and stove are powered by gas. Light and charging via 12V solar system. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included - bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking in season. The cabin must be cleaned before departure. Bring your own bed linen.

Family cabin with hot tub and great views

The cabin is located high up and sunny with great views and good outdoor areas, incl. large terrace, fire pan and fire place. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with room for the whole family (maybe even more families?), plenty of beds and a lovely fireplace. The summer offers hiking and cycling opportunities right outside the door, with fishing and bathing water, great nature and terrain. In winter, it is 100m to the nearest ski slope and about 8min to the alpine slope. There are both birds and squirrels on the terrace, feel free to bring suitable food.

Complete kitchen and dining room with room for 11. Outside you are right out in great nature, with ski slopes or the world's most beautiful bike terrain. The cabin is located near the top of Rytterspranget with good sun conditions and a great view over beautiful mountain formations. The cabin is in the immediate vicinity of ski in/out to the slope and has the cross-country trails right next to it. There are great hiking areas and great opportunities for cycling enthusiasts and mountain climbing. There is a café right near the cabin that is open from Christmas to Easter. The ski lodge is open all year round. The nearest grocery store is in Treungen, 15 min drive from the cabin.

This cabin was built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180 cm beds and 2 bedrooms on the loft have 150 cm beds. The cabin is located in a quiet and peaceful area with lots of lovely nature. The cabin is well equipped with, among other things, smart home, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 min from Kragerø and 45 min from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with lovely nature.

Skien leisure park with opportunities for water park, curling, climbing, etc. is about 40 min by car. Quiet cottage area with common barbecue hut and obstacle course for children right next door. Winter activities are skiing in the floodlit ski slope in Henseidbygda, 5 min by car. Gautefall ski center is 45 min away by car.

Hytten vår ligger litt utafor ‘’hyttebyen’’, så man får en veldig god og nær følelse til naturen og freden den gir. Om vinteren går skiløypa rett forbi hytten med muligheter for korte og lange skiturer. I ferier og ved nok snø er det eget skianlegg for alpint på Kyrkjebygdheia. Ellers er det mange fine tur og fiskemuligheter i nærhet og nydelig natur rett på utsiden av hytta.
