House holiday rentals in Dramalj

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Sehr schöne Villa mit grossen Räumen und toller Ausstattung. Wir genossen die riesige Terrasse und den geheizten Swimmingpool. Ist auch gut gelegen für Ausflüge in den Risnjak Nationalpark.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir haben über Silvester mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Propuh Urlaub gemacht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön, sauber und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Der Whirlpool und die Saune waren das absolute Highlight, perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Riesen Dankeschön an Lucija und ihre Familie ♥️

Wir hatten in dem Haus eine wundervolle Zeit, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, das Haus sehr privat. Das Hat einen wunderschönen Outdoor Bereich an dem wir uns die meiste Zeit aufhielten. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin sowie der Agentur war schnell und immer sehr höflich. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Dragana war sehr schön. Sie und Ihr Mann sind tolle, ganz freundliche Gastgeber. Ihr Appartement ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, sowie der Weg zum Meer hinter dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist auch schön und die Promenade liegt ganz in der Nähe. Der Flughafen liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber wir haben nur bei unserem Spaziergang einen fliegen gehört. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Session zu Besuch waren. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall dort genossen.

Mirno, prekasno mjesto za odmor. Brižni ljudi koji vole kuhati i dijele hranu s drugima. Puno maca u susjedstvu. Mario nam je dopustio da ponesemo i svoje mace, nije bilo nikakvih problema. Malo šetnje do rive Selca, i još malo do Crikvenice. Vožnja po magistrali prekrasna. Sve u svemu, dolazimo ponovno! ☺️

We had a great time in the stone-house. The house was very clean and well equipped. As it was very hot outside it was great to come back to the house, where it was cool. Miss Nataly gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was reachable when we had questions. As we have a little daughter, we took the car to the beaches, which was totally fine. We had a great time in Dramalj and would definetly recommend the house! We might come back.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet – man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Man merkt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Alles war perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Very cosy and comfortable house near to everything. Super friendly host and easy communication. We enjoyed the space (living room inside, upper terrace with view and lower terrace with shadow and usable while raining). The outdoor shower was our favourite! The air condition worked perfekt keeping all inside doors open. We can recommend the restaurant around the corner: Kanobo Feral for excellent food. Best pizza (wood oven) in town: Pizzeria Grabrova (Cash only). Good family restaurant with wide choice: Da Nino. Both at the end of the promenade (north). We will come again!

Tamara is an amazing host and lovely person, who makes sure that her guests feel welcomed at all times. Her apartment is very aesthetic and will definitely stay in our memories for a long time. Everything about the place was just as described in the listing as well!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Davor is a very nice, helpful person. The experience at the Air b n b was excellent. When we arrived at the appartment by bike on a rainy day, he offered to take us to the nearest supermarket by car. The flat is also very nice and we felt very comfortable. I can recommend this Air B n B to everyone.

Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel, selbst am letzten Tag haben wir noch kleine Details entdeckt, die mir zuvor entgangen waren. Wir haben das Ambiente genossen, das uns zwei Jahrhunderte zurückversetzt hat, und das mit moderner Ausstattung. Wenn Sie hierher kommen, achten Sie bitte auf die Umgebung, denn sie ist von bleibendem Wert. Die Gastfreundschaft erinnert an alte Zeiten, die aus der heutigen Welt schon fast verschwunden sind. Vesna empfing uns, als wären wir ihre Familie mit den Enkelkindern. Nochmals vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub.

Very nice and very well equipped accommodation, with a wonderful view. The host was very helpful, always responded to my messages immediately, we also received a cot and a high chair upon request. I highly recommend this accommodation. It is more difficult to move around the area with a stroller because there are few sidewalks and you have to go down stairs to the beach, but apart from that everything was perfect.
